About the Position
The Deputy Manager, Commercial Applied is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive business growth through effective relationship-building and sales performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Bid Management: Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers to support the business strategy.
- Sales Performance: Accurately plan and forecast revenues and order bookings, delivering year-over-year growth targets for sales.
- Relationship Building: Actively engage with new and existing dealers, main contractors, end users, and all key decision makers to elevate business conversion opportunities.
- Team Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of commercial applied initiatives.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment sales & solutions, business development in HVAC sales and service, project execution and solution selling, solution selling experience, focus on sustainability, and understanding of application, energy, mechanical controls, and HVAC industry.
