Business Development Specialist

BJUTAMAAS SDN BHD is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in key industries
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients by delivering tailored solutions
- Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to exceed targets and expand market presence
- Gain a deep understanding of raw materials and effectively communicate their value to clients
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in raw or industrial materials
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, or agriculture sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients/projects
