Key Responsibilities

This role involves generating and qualifying leads in support of our AWS sales engine. Key responsibilities include driving a prescribed cadence of out-bound activity via tele calls, emails, social media, and other media. You will also drive the lead generation process, supporting marketing campaigns and qualifying leads from marketing activities. Additionally, you will identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products and services. Furthermore, you will manage, coordinate, and prioritize leads efficiently, qualify opportunities, and transition them to a Business Development Director. Finally, you will follow the sales process diligently, including entering and maintaining opportunities in CRM.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need basic knowledge of cloud technology. A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries is required. You must be able to communicate and articulate well in both English and Malay languages, as you will be supporting a customer base in Malay. A strong background and attainment in a pipeline generation (top of the funnel) role are essential. Familiarity with navigating AWS (teams, programs, nomenclature) is also necessary. Self-motivation, ambition, and adherence to SoftwareONE values are required.
