  • IDentify and capitalize on business opportunities, increasing profitability through integrated supply chain solutions focused on international freight services.
  • Raise awareness of Hiredly X's capabilities among prospective clients by collaborating with management to identify strategic business opportunities in freight services.
  • Anticipate and exceed customer expectations by designing creative solutions that stay ahead of market trends.
  • Secure new businesses and manage existing accounts to increase wallet share from these customers.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, account profitability, and retention by fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to drive overall account performance and build strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Cultivate leads and opportunities with counterparts from overseas.
  • Maximize synergy and overall profitability when developing strategies and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of NVOCC/freight forwarding and shipping industries, coupled with a wide network of professional contacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking ability, with willingness to contribute extra hours when required.
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced environments, handling challenges positively and delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong Technical/Operational & Sales background in the NVOCC/Freight Forwarding marketplace.
