Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and develop client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure project success.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management.
  • Ability to prepare effective presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and generating quotations in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.
