About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative at Avature, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales-qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
• Leverage digital communication platforms to engage with potential clients and build thought leadership
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team to advise and support on new business engagements throughout the early phases of the sales cycle
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree/College Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in lead generation and sales development in the tech industry or a similar complex field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across digital platforms
• Ability to consistently meet targets in fast-paced environments by fostering collaboration
