The Role:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, onboarding customers, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey. You will work closely with our Customer Success Lead and other teams to ensure customers receive the support they need.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new leads and expanding our market presence
  • Providing resources and guidance to new customers during onboarding
  • Maintaining customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Conducting customer outreach to gather feedback and suggest process improvements
  • Attending customer calls and meetings to learn effective client relationship management
  • Contributing to internal reports and tracking KPIs for customer success metrics
