We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Manager. This role requires a strong leader to oversee customer service and operations processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead & Develop the Customer Service Team – Oversee the contact centre team to ensure outstanding service and seamless patient experiences.
- Implement Key Processes & Procedures – Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain excellence.
- Drive KPIs & Performance – Work closely with directors to set and achieve business goals.
- Create a Positive Culture – Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee Multi-Location Operations – As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to manage operations across multiple clinics.
- Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience in customer service and/or operations.
- Team Development: Ability to build, motivate, and develop teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to converse in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
