As a Customer Service Manager at EPOS Global Solutions Sdn Bhd, you'll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include leadership & team development, customer experience & service operations, process improvement & performance management, and problem resolution & escalation management. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and ensure timely issue resolutions.
What sets you apart? A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a leadership position. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and CRM Software (Hubspot).
