Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team and drive growth. With a strong background in corporate administration, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of clients and ensuring that all secretarial-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the work of team members to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead the team with clear directions and goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks to the required standards.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to the team to develop their competencies and improve performance.
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties to meet statutory and regulatory compliances.
  • Monitor all secretarial-related matters of incorporated companies to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve client issues quickly by analyzing problems and providing clear solutions and advice.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory updates and developments in the company secretarial field and industry sectors.
Requirements:
  • Possess a ICSA degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in company secretary field.
  • Preferably a member of MAISCA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with people at all levels.
  • A decision-maker who applies critical thinking to resolve problems and issues.
  • Supervisory skills to manage the team and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively in English.
  • Confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
