Job Title: Executive Corporate Secretary Manager

Salary Range: RM 80,000 - RM 120,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance as Company Secretary and Advisor to the Board and Management. Your duties will include:

  • Organizing and coordinating general meetings, board and board committee meetings, and management committee meetings for the Group.
  • Preparing and circulating notice, agenda, and papers for these meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant departments.
  • Attending meetings, preparing and circulating minutes, and written resolutions.
  • Ensuring decisions are disseminated to relevant parties.

You'll also be responsible for monitoring compliance with the constitution of companies, Companies Act, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, Capital Markets and Services Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare/review statutory forms, announcements, circulars, quarterly reports, and Annual Reports, ensuring timely filing with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure statutory records/registers are promptly and accurately updated.
  • Support/coordinated external parties on secretarial matters.

Requirements:

  • LLB (Hons) graduate or an associate member of MAICSA (or other approved bodies) with a Practicing Certificate from SSM.
  • Minimum 4 years of company secretarial experience in a professional or law firm.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Matured, proactive, professional, competent, and able to lead secretarial functions within the Group.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
