Job Summary

Career Wise is seeking an experienced HR Service Specialist 1 to join our team in a global data management role. As a key member of our HR Service Center, you will be responsible for processing SAP data management and SuccessFactor for HR globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Data Management: Process and manage SAP data management and SuccessFactor for HR globally, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Second-Line Support: Provide second-line support to HR customers seeking assistance with HR requests in the Personnel Administration domain, requiring a high level of subject matter expertise.
  • Data Administration: Administer data specific to the Personnel Administration Process and align it with the Organizational Management components of this process.
  • Request Analysis: Analyze Personnel Administration data management requests from HR Stakeholders and coordinate with them on the completeness and accuracy of data provided.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to HR Stakeholders on queries regarding the Personnel Administration processes, HR forms, data fields in SAP, and other HR-related systems using employee data from SAP HR.
  • Request Monitoring: Log and monitor requests and inquiries raised to the HR Service Center and inform requesters of the status of requests.
  • Reporting: Generate Personnel Administration reports from SAP.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience with understanding the functional architecture of SAP HR systems or SuccessFactor to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues dealing with data.
  • Test Scripting: Experience with creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and escalate issues and defects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll, and/or HR-related service functions.
  • Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's HR and Payroll policies and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task.
  • Communication: Demonstrates strong ability to communicate clearly and successfully through various channels and circumstances.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrates teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Adaptive problem-solving through applying new methods and concepts to the Service Center.
  • Customer Focus: Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people.
  • Process Orientation: Strong process and procedure orientation with the ability to apply continuous improvement methods.
