Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer, Operations to join our team at ENGIE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at diverse client locations, providing training to new and existing users, and ensuring the routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer the CMMS at client locations, ensuring seamless integration with existing SCADA and Smart O&M systems.
  • Lead operational optimization efforts, analyzing and overseeing asset performance across all sites, addressing technical and financial aspects of individual site performance.
  • Supervise site team members to ensure the presence, functionality, and proper validation/calibration of all Controls and Instrumentation.
  • Drive and supervise professional communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including timely contract management and accurate O&M reporting submission.
  • Implement best practices in spare parts and consumables management across all sites and relevant mitigation plans as prevention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance, exposed to utilities chilled water, iced water, compressed air, thermal oil heaters, natural gas/oil burners, etc. at diverse client/site locations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to learn new skills and adapt to dynamic and demanding situations.
  • Good leadership skills to lead team members.
