Role Summary

The Jewelry Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, and cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years' experience in retail operations, with a successful track record gained from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual and boutique sales targets
  • Provide exceptional client service levels at all times
  • Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base
  • Assist with daily boutique operations
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
  • Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities.
  • Manage and lead the team by ensuring adherence to service standards
  • Support and guide teammates in achieving their goals and developing their skills
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry
  • Sales and result-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
  • High integrity with good ethics and values
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
