Customer Journey Advocate

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Advisor. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised travel recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Arrange travel logistics, including hotel bookings, flights, transportation, and additional services, to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences for customers.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Work closely with the Team Lead to achieve sales targets and continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Foster excellent customer reviews and high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles in any field or industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software applications an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
