Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Wholesale Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and distribution, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the wholesale market.
About the Role
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and expand AUM across various wholesale channels, including private banks, retail banks, insurance companies, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities and growth prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Conduct regular sales and product training sessions for assigned intermediaries and present to existing or prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and client demands to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
