Senior Director of Regional Sales

Hunters International Sdn Bhd, a prominent direct-selling firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Regional Sales to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia. This exciting opportunity will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in agent recruitment will enable us to strengthen our team and enhance our sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop weekly, monthly, annual, and seasonal recruitment targets to align with overall sales objectives and growth strategies.
- Evaluate growth opportunities and devise innovative strategies to optimize existing recruitment channels, identify new markets, and attract top talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to conduct detailed analyses of sales performance, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team to plan, organize, and execute sales events, rallies, meetings, and trips efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in implementing agent recruitment strategies in a multi-level marketing (MLM) industry.
- Experience in overseeing regional markets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- A competitive salary range of RM 15,000 - RM 20,000 per month, depending on experience.
- A fixed allowance of RM 1,000 per month.
