About the RoleThis role involves managing a portfolio of F&B mid-market key accounts, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability and revenue. You'll work closely with merchants to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
- You will manage a portfolio of key chain restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
- You will liaise with key merchants for merchant-funded promo programs, partnerships, new products, and new features.
- You will identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and deliver solutions to these issues.
- You will drive growth of key accounts by analyzing data and developing initiatives to increase profitability/revenues aligned with country targets.
- You will execute business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and Grab Malaysia.
- You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- You will work across functions to tailor merchant-specific needs, such as customized reporting, marketing support, and integrations, and drive operational excellence by collaborating with merchants and operations teams.
