Customer Solutions Executive

The Strategic Business Development Specialist will be responsible for:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities - Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Developing and Executing Account Plans - Develop and execute account plans that meet our company objectives and drive sales growth.
- Building Strong Customer Relationships - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Providing Technical Expertise - Leverage your knowledge of our products and services to develop and mentor team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Senior-level experience in sales and marketing
- A proven track record in customer engagement and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Creative thinking and adaptability in a changing business environment
- Experience with CRM systems and account management practices
- Experience analyzing and reporting on sales performance metrics
- Strong execution skills to drive results
