Senior Manager of Employee Experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team as the Head of Grow, APAC. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving regional growth through effective talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR, Org Psychology, or Talent Management, and at least 9 years of experience in building and leading learning and development programs, managing talent and engagement processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional talent review process and platform, ensuring seamless integration with global initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact learning programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth, fostering a player-learner mindset throughout the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational development projects, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
About You:
You have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Org Psychology, or Talent Management, or equivalent experience. With excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
