Job Description:- We're looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be managing daily operations, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering an exceptional customer experience.
- You'll lead by example, driving proactive work attitudes and demonstrating effective leadership skills. Strong interdepartmental coordination and cooperation are crucial in this role.
- A successful candidate will possess excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing customer service teams of over 45 people.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
- Good business sensitivity and foresight
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Possesses good affinity, communication skills, coordination skills, and stress tolerance
