Job Summary

We seek a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Account Assistant at Health Lane Family Pharmacy. The successful candidate will perform a variety of accounting tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and support the pharmacy's continued growth and success.

Main Duties:
  • Perform various accounting duties, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Evaluate sales reports and purchase invoices to ensure they meet our company's standards.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external stakeholders through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily sales reports from outlets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required by the team, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Guarantee the confidentiality of all company information.
Essential Requirements:

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/LCCI or equivalent educational background.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
