  • General HR and Admin: Handle all HR and admin-related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by managers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of progressive HR and admin experience, with a strong understanding of labor regulations and current HR practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll systems (UBS payroll system).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good writing and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
