Key Responsibilities- HR Operations: Manage the generation of monthly attendance and payroll processes, as well as prepare submissions for statutory contributions to KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, and HRDC.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly reports on HR-related metrics and analysis reports to support business decisions.
- Employee Communications: Prepare letters for various employment-related matters and ensure employee personal files and records are properly maintained and updated.
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the job recruitment process, including job advertisement, interview arrangement, selection, and new employee orientations.
- Compliance and Administration: Act as liaison with foreign worker agents, insurers, and government parties for grants and claims, and handle monthly reimbursement claims and update employee compensation benefits records.
- General HR and Admin: Handle all HR and admin-related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by managers.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in relevant fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of progressive HR and admin experience, with a strong understanding of labor regulations and current HR practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll systems (UBS payroll system).
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good writing and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
