About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lab IT Solutions Partner to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and providing go-live support for our Lab IT and Workflow Solutions.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and continuously improving the quality system, ensuring that it meets our quality objectives. You will also participate in pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings with internal stakeholders.

As a Lab IT Solutions Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from configuration and testing to troubleshooting and repair. You will exercise independent judgment in evaluating methods and determining criteria for obtaining solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about improving the healthcare ecosystem and has a strong entrepreneurial mentality. You will be responsible for developing a program to cater to customer needs, documenting all changes and modifications, and providing expertise to new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and troubleshooting of WFIT and Digital Solutions.
  • Provide expertise to new hires on WFIT and Digital Solutions.
  • Create a collaborative community to share best practices for WFIT and Digital Solutions implementations.
  • Develop a program to cater to customer needs.
  • Document all changes, modifications, and scripts/programs created on Lab IT software.
  • Document all customers' touchpoints in the CRM system correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Support predictive maintenance via record cases into CRM for root cause analysis.
  • Deliver service, preventive maintenance, and software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule.
  • Develop, prepare, and maintain training and literature materials.
  • Manage accounts, prioritize jobs, and assign to teammates accordingly.
  • Analyze data generated from WFIT solutions and provide insights/action recommendations.
  • Follow all documented procedures and processes to ensure the product application/solution functions to specifications.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders' satisfaction during the installation and integration processes and post-go-live period.
  • Manage expectations, identify risks, and formulate plans to minimize impacts to the project.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant field and has Lab WFIT and Digital Solutions knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware/networking/Operating System/Applications/databases and SQL programming languages.
  • Preferable with medical laboratory experience.
  • Marketing and business development experience will be a plus.
  • Prior experience developing, delivering, and assessing training programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Preferable to have IT/Middleware/LIS Experience.
  • Preferable to have knowledge of all Roche products within the business area, and specialized knowledge in a particular product area.
