We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will have a background in sales and a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Hematology or Oncology.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand Amgen's presence in the Hematology market.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key decision makers and prescribers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Amgen's biopharmaceutical products and their benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales approaches to achieve optimal results, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
