Requirements:
  • BS/BE degree in an appropriate technical discipline or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, with experience in managing equipment maintenance teams and welding processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering management and 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of configurable products and BOM structures.
  • Competency in Agile PLM and SAP ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor modules and equipment build and testing.
  • Automation concepts and implementation experience.
  • Strong skills in change management, problem-solving, written and verbal communications, customer orientation, product technology, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, team skills, and applying quality.
