About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic relationship-building and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Premier Banking team, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to acquire new Premier Members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Premier Members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging market insights and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, utilizing this data to inform future engagement and optimize sales outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and a commitment to delivering results.
