1. Document Scanning & Records Management
- Prepare physical documents for scanning (remove staples, sort, organize).
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents.
- Ensure scanned files are correctly named and saved in appropriate folders.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure clear and complete scans.
- Organize and file physical copies (if required) following scanning.
- Track progress and maintain a log of scanned documents.

2. General Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry into spreadsheets, trackers, or databases.
- Support basic photocopying, printing, and document collation.
- Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing simple reports or updating internal documents.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in admin or clerical work preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use office equipment (scanner, copier, printer).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

**Working hours**:8:00AM-5:00PM

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
