**Key Tasks of an Operations Manager**

**1. Daily Operations Management**

**7. Supplier and Vendor Management**
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize resources.

**8. Quality Control**

- Address any issues regarding product/service quality promptly.
