**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Damai Senior Care Centre. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and contributing to the overall success of the facility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the center's operations, including staff management, resident care, facility maintenance, and budgetary compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff, fostering a positive work culture and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the center, including budget preparation, expense management, and resource allocation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance resident experiences and overall satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting operational performance and achievements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in operations management, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of senior care regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
