We are looking for a competent and dedicated Company Secretary Assistant to join our team. We are a growing organization that values its employees and provides a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle new company incorporation.
- Prepare resolutions, annual returns, statutory and related document.
- Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), Solicitors and Auditors.
- To filing all statutory documents.
- Prepare invoice and follow up payment from clients.
- Support other secretarial tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement:

- Malaysian citizens aged 30 and below.
- Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or Licensed Secretary.
- Familiar with Companies Act 1965 & 2016.
- Familiar with SPC software, MyCoID, e-BOS and MBRS, will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in Secretarial field.

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
