We are hiring**:Job Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor (QS)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for painting and finishing works.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations; ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Manage project cost control, monitor budget vs actual cost, and highlight any cost variance.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Liaise closely with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in contract administration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Attend site meetings and perform site visits whenever required.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least **1-3 years of QS experience**:

- Fresh graduates with internship/related experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and standard QS tools.
- Good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
