Recruitment:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from posting job openings on online job portals to extending offers.
- Liaise with hiring managers for recruitment requirements and interview arrangements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
- Prepare offer letters and the onboarding process.

General HR & Administration:

- Manage the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, attendance, and allowance.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a confidential and professional manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information and private matters.
- Perform all clerical, filing, and documentation tasks, both physical and digital, ensuring organised and easily accessible records.
- Draft various paperwork and letters for HR-related correspondence.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
