**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Production, Material, and Control (PMC) matters, including planning materials, purchasing, and production control.
- Assist in customs clearance and shipping for imported materials and exported products.
- Manage administrative tasks, including HR planning, training, and foreign worker management.
- Perform various HR and administrative functions.
- Formulate packing lists and invoices, and coordinate with shipping and air companies according to order requirements.
- Verify bills of lading, manage the return of delivery notes, and complete shipment reports.
- Organize and file shipping documents in accordance with company regulations.
- Provide accurate packing lists and invoices to the customs declaration department for efficient processing.
- Identify and manage new suppliers, oversee material purchases, and handle daily office issues.
- Assist the purchasing manager with sourcing and management, controlling purchase costs to meet production demands.
- Select and evaluate suppliers, manage purchases, and handle supplier deregulation processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, International Trade, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high level of competency in Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the import and export operation process, with at least 1 year of experience in shipping is preferred.
- Familiarity with international trade operations is an added advantage.
- Experience with ISO quality systems, 5S management, and supplier management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to ensure effective communication with suppliers and overseas offices in Singapore and China.
- Excellent proficiency in English reading and writing, with a proven ability to learn rapidly and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
