**Main purposes of job**

**Handle full cycle of monthly payroll in timely manner to ensure accuracy and payments is compliance with latest employment rules and regulations.**
- **Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resources issues, rules and regulations.**:

- **In charge of ISO procedure for each departments and audit.**:

- **Provide admin support in all HR tasks including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, training development and performance evaluation.**:
**Key tasks**
- **Familiar with Employment Act, perform basic HR functions and maintain HR records.**:

- **Handle queries from employees in relation with HR and payroll matters.**:

- **Overall responsible in full spectrum of HR and admin**:

- **Attend to other ad-hoc tasks when required / by superior.**:

- **3-5 years experienced in the related field.**:

- **Well equipped with the fundamental of HR knowledge.**:

- **Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay will be taken as a bonus point.**:

- **Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.**:

- **Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.**

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and able to work effectively in team

Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
