HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support the full recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Handle payroll administration, attendance tracking, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events or programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance providers, government bodies) on HR-related matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR-related experience.
- Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Discreet, ethical, and able to handle confidential information.
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
