Job Type: Contract- Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center Job Description:
- KEY OBJECTIVES
- Support the COMPANY’s Administrative and Logistical Operations in Kota Kinabalu across all Operating Departments (PLE/PLO/PLW).
- To represent the COMPANY, when required, in all interactions with Sabah Government for work permit and other regulatory requirements.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Liaise as required with PFLNG2 Kota Kinabalu for all matters pertaining to logistics of Block H crew change and ad hoc personnel transfer, including 3rd party contractors working for COMPANY on PFLNG2.
- Liaise with Labuan Warehouse / Logistic including travel IN/OUT Labuan for logistic/material coordination for Block Operation.
- Responsible in compilation of any requested weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Executive Committee reports and also to ensure timely submission to COMPANY Management, both in Bangkok and Malaysia.
- Manage all essential business documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses on behalf of Direct or Indirect Supervisor(s)
- Preparation of relevant check requests for reimbursements and submit same to Finance Department for processing payment once approval is granted.
- Verification of relevant claims and reimbursements submitted for approval.
- Filing and indexing office correspondence.
- Maintain an efficient Information Management System that includes keeping master files for all outgoing and incoming correspondences for the Malaysian Operations in/out of Kota Kinabalu.
- Attend to ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
