**Key Responsibilities**
- Arrange meetings & prepare minutes
- Prepare & follow up on consultant/contractor advice payments
- Draft letters and documents for QS / Project Executive / Management
- Compile & submit documents to authorities ,track & manage approval letters
- Liaise on land matters
- Manage project correspondence & document flow for management signing
- Handle and organize all project documents (letters, drawings, forms, contracts)
- Maintain office cleanliness and stock of stationery & pantry items
- Perform admin support for the Project Department & HOD
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a project or construction environment
- Familiarity with authority submission processes, project documentation, and construction terminology
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, document control systems, scanning tools)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
