**RESPONSIBILITIES**

a) To ensure smooth running of the department and able to solve any problems arise related to manpower.

b) To undertake jobs as assigned by superiors from time to time.

c) To sort and distribute pay-slip and bank-slip for all employees.

d) Responsible for the coordination of all internal & external training.

e) Responsible for overall work quality in all department.

f) Understanding and executing staff’s requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments. Attending / understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.

g) Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, 5s, policies and other HR related documents.

k) HR shall responsible to update and maintain the record of time management of the company.

l) Maintain employees’ annual leave and medical leave record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism /overtime record and report to Accounts Executive.

m) Responsible to handle employee’s claim such as medical insurance policies and SOCSO. Update and maintain proper filling for all the related documents.

n) Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee about rules and regulations of the company.

o) Responsible to setting thumbprint machine and assign new code to new employee.

p) Responsible to file in all the resignation letter from resigned employees.

q) Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.

r) Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties. To prepare all related training’s document compliance to ISO and IATF standard.

s) Update employee’s personal file, personal record & salary record.

t) Responsible to calculate and record time management and payroll of the contract worker from working agency.

u) Responsible for foreign workers affairs, including renewal of passports, work permit, Medical examination, hostel management, etc.

v) Responsible to bring the sick worker for check up with doctor. HR shall responsible to bring employees that involved in workplace accident to hospital during working.

w) HR will be responsible for taking the foreign workers to see the doctor when they have serious illness during at hostel and if there is necessary to follow up for the treatment, HR need to bring them for follow up also.

x) To prepare monthly payroll summary, pay-slips as required by EPF & other statutory bodies.

y) To maintain exceptional housekeeping standards within the work place at all times;

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Professional In Human Resources (preferred)
