This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. HR administrator coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas assigned: HR Operations and Administration, Employees’ Welfare, Recruitment and other related areas.

**HR OPERATIONS**
- Process people movement involving administrative for new joiner registration, separation, transfer and any other movement in the resort.
- Data entry in the HRMS system as assigned including personal data updates, employment status etc accurately.
- Maintaining the accuracy of data in the HRMS system.
- Responsible to administer attendance and clock in/out system.
- Direct administration of Personal Files for rank and files and as assigned ensuring documents are filed according to the checklist.
- Responsible to administer employees’ medical/insurance enrolment/deletion, medical cards and claims.
- Process employee’s in-park benefits request.
- Responsible to prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly report as assigned.
- Responsible in adhering to confidentiality of employees’ records, data and information in accordance to PDPA Act.
- Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
- Ensure the effective administration of employee records and files in line with Merlin policy and Malaysia Labor Law.
- Providing research and statistical information to staff in collecting, preparing and analyzing the information for use in implementation of procedures and policies.
- Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues and escalating them to appropriate management team.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**EMPLOYEES’ WELFARE**
- Maintain a professional relationship with the employees by listening to their feedback and advise them of a proper communication channel.
- Arrangement of fruit basket and visiting employee who is hospitalized.
- Administering the employee’s hostel and transportation check-in/check-out process and maintaining the tracker to ensure it is update to date. You are also responsible to liaise with the hostel management company to report defects or issues related to the hostel.
- Arrangement for walk-about/inspection at the hostel once every quarter and prepare a report summary upon completion of the inspection.
- To lodge a report for any defect found at the hostel or liaise with vendor for any repair work required.
- Administer the monthly hostel/transport deduction report for payroll purposes and to ensure accuracy of deduction.
- Administering and maintaining the Merlin Magic Pass and compliment tickets from TAR&H.
- Administering the In-park benefit process and make the necessary improvement whenever required to ensure efficiency/productivity.
- Responsible for the clubhouse improvement initiative; to design, deploy and evaluate surveys on a periodical basis then build action plan based on survey results.

**HR GENERAL**
- Participate in events or activities organization including involvement as Clubhouse committees, recruitment fair, campaigns for HR initiatives etc.
- Provide the necessary support in other HR functions as assigned.
- To maintain all notice boards to ensure information is current and updated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Strong administrative, organizational and follow up skill.
- Resourceful and ability to resolve non-complex problems/situations independently.
- Attention to details and ability to deliver quality work.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and non-verbal.
- Competent in using Microsoft Applications such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experienced with multi-tasking environment.
- Adaptable in a diverse culture environment.
- Being experienced in working in an environment that requires the ability to communicate with people of different levels and embracing the team-work spirit.
