**Job Title**: Operations Admin Coordinator
**Company**: ARA Tech Bis Sdn Bhd (Bumiputera Company)
**Location**: Petaling Jaya, AmCorp Trade Tower
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- **Government Tender Management**:
- Prepare, submit, and manage documentation for government tenders.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines and manage bid proposals effectively.
- **ISO Process Ownership**:
- Act as the primary **ISO Process Owner**, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor ISO-related procedures and policies.
- Facilitate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely resolutions for non-compliance issues.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management as required.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Managing **government tenders**.
- Acting as a **process owner for ISO standards**.
- Handling **general administrative tasks**.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
