Generate leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Answer questions about products or the Company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Follow-up on pending and due customer payments.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama, Petaling Jaya.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
- Applicable to Malaysian only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
