Job Descriptions:
1. Office & Admin Work
- To keep all office files and documents neat and easy to find.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
Help manage schedules and plan meetings.
Sales Support Work
Handle and process customer orders.
- Answer simple questions from customers.
- Prepare sales reports.
Keep customer and sales information up-to-date.
Stock (Inventory) Work
Keep track of what items are available in stock.
- Do stock counts and check if the numbers are correct.
- Help make sure we always have enough stock.
Others:-
- Close cooperation with office sales team in Headquarters on service schedule.
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned when required.
- Office location at Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru.
- Head Office location at Setia Avenue, Selangor.
Requirement:
- Posses own transport for work purpose.
- Good time management, punctual, trust, honest and responsible.
- Self motivated and willing to learn.
- Age: 19 to 30 years
- SPM or Vocational School Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
