1. Office & Admin Work

  • To keep all office files and documents neat and easy to find.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Help manage schedules and plan meetings.

  • Sales Support Work

  • Handle and process customer orders.

  • Answer simple questions from customers.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Keep customer and sales information up-to-date.

  • Stock (Inventory) Work

  • Keep track of what items are available in stock.
