Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
  • Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions.
  • Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance.
  • Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
  • Generate and maintain payroll reports for management.
  • Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
  • Enter new employee data into the company database.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, HR or a similar role.
  • Must possess a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
