  • Ability to understand the application business area and perform application support, software testing, software design& development, application integration, and project management in system development

  • Good understanding of high availability design and concept (e.g. failover, clustering), application security testing, windows desktop environment and server technology (Unix, Linux and Windows environment), authentication and access control principle

  • Design, Implement, deploy and maintain tools/scripts for automating operational tasks across infrastructure

  • Responsibility for identifying, recommending, establishing and sustaining tools, processes & practices that support process automation solutions
  • Design and develop automation solution and define the key performance metrics for the solution
  • Liaise with principal/internal/3rd party team to ensure success of projects
  • Support common infrastructure applications running Jenkins, ALM
  • Vulnerability assessment across Production & Non-Production environment
  • Ensure infrastructure setup are compliant with bank's architecture standards and info security policies
  • Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, Aix )
  • Deliver technical support and onsite field services
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task
  • Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support

  • Report and interface with senior management

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification

  • Experience: At least 2-year working experience in software development and application support. Experience in the following infrastructure technology spanning across wide range of domains but not limited to.
