What you'll be doing?

  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this position.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans hands-on.
  • Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin and English, is essential to communicate effectively with management and diverse teams.
