Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, deductions, advance payments, etc.

  • Maintain and update payroll system for employee movements (new hires, promotions, increments, transfers, resignations, allowances, deductions, etc.).

  • Verify timesheets and liaise with internal teams and external parties for accuracy.

  • Manage end-to-end billing processing in line with pay listings and prepare billing details for clients.

  • Maintain proper filing of employee and payroll documents on a daily basis.

  • Attend to payroll and billing-related inquiries.

  • Perform any other duties or assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
