Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

  • Talent & Performance Management

  • Design and execute robust talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee performance management processes that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion leadership development programs and succession planning.

  • Organizational Development

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and innovation.
  • Align HR structures and practices with evolving business needs.
  • Optimize organizational design and workforce efficiency.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a people-first culture through proactive employee engagement and feedback programs.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure consistent communication of the company's values, mission, and vision.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Mitigate organizational risk by maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues with discretion and fairness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and executive coaching.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with corporate goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
