INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – ADMINISTRATION INTERN

Internship Duration: 4–6 months (Preferably 6 months)

Location: Johor Bahru

Allowance: RM1,000 per month

About the Role

Volvo Malaysia is seeking motivated students from Business or related fields to join our Administration team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting daily operations, handling documentation, and assisting administrative tasks within a multinational automotive company.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and send invoices to customers and track delivery or acknowledgment.


• Handle SLD documents and perform QR updates in the JPJ system.


• Assist with warranty claims, filing, and other administrative tasks.


• Maintain 5S compliance for document storage (physical & digital).


• Provide general administrative support such as scanning, emailing, printing, and archiving.


• Assist the team with any ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Management, or other related fields.
  • Competency in project management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
