Job Scope:

  • Manage daily sea freight import, export, and transshipment operations.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and transporters for smooth cargo movement.
  • Handle shipment documentation and ensure compliance with Customs and port regulations.
  • Build and manage relationships with carriers and vendors.
  • Work with internal teams and support customers on shipment matters.
  • Monitor costs, billing, and job margins.
  • Lead and guide the operations team and improve processes.
  • Track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in sea freight forwarding (import and export).
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, port operations, and customs clearance procedures.
  • Proficient in EDI systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
